These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, games and activities on the whinbd platform and website whinbd.lat. 3 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

3.1 Welcome Bonus

whinbd offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. Accepting this bonus requires fulfilling a 15x wagering requirement.

3.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds may only be used on games approved on the platform.
• Withdrawing deposited funds before the bonus conditions are met is not possible.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
• Each bonus offer has its own terms — please read the relevant terms before accepting an offer.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The following payment methods are currently accepted at whinbd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳300.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The minimum withdrawal request amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. The payment account used for withdrawal must be registered in the same person's name.

4.3 Transaction Verification

whinbd may request additional information or documents for the purpose of transaction verification. The right to take necessary steps to prevent money laundering and fraud is reserved. Suspicious transactions may be temporarily suspended.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

whinbd reserves the right to accept or reject any bet. In the event of a technical error, odds-setting mistake or obvious fault, whinbd may cancel a bet or adjust the odds. In such cases, the original bet amount will be refunded.

5.2 Result Determination

whinbd's decision shall be considered final in determining the results of all games and events. Recognized third-party data providers are used for cricket, football and other sports betting.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and any account found engaging in them will be immediately closed:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Coordinated betting with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Using software bots or automated methods.
• Match-fixing or betting based on insider information.
• Playing using another person's account.

6 VIP Program and Cashback

whinbd offers weekly cashback across four VIP tiers. The tiers are:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 1.1% cashback per week.
• Platinum: up to 1.5% cashback per week.

Regular and active gaming activity is required to receive cashback. VIP tier advancement depends on the user's activity and history on the platform. whinbd reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits as needed.

7 Responsible Gaming
